While studying last night I came across this in my Old Testament textbook…
“Woman was unable to let her reason rule over her emotions. When she realized the desirability of the tree, she partook of it, sharing it with her husband, who ate with her.”
Letting our reason rule over emotions isn’t anything new us women have to focus on, it dates back to the fall! This is a huge thing Hannah and I have been learning about all year…let what you know trump how you feel. God’s promises are SO much bigger than our fickle, constantly changing desires and feelings.
